What is a Patient Portal?

A patient portal is an online application that allows patients to manage their healthcare easily and securely.
Portals can be accessed at the patient’s convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Features you’ll see in the Patient Portal:

  • Messaging – ask your care team a question, share an update, and/or send attachments.

  • Appointments – view and request appointments

  • Medications – request refills and/or renewals and review your prescription medications

  • Health Record – view visit summaries, lab results and other documentation

  • Health Forms – complete requested paperwork before your appointments
